I've seen some of these in Ger Rijff''s Long Lonely Highway and other places
Brian can probably tell you the venue in the bottom photos, I forget right now where it is. There's pix with Charlene Arthur on the same stage.

Yes, these photos were for many years dated as being from Gladewater I think it was until yours truly did some Texas research and found out that the right venue was the Mayfair Building in Tyler, Tx.
Notice that the photos are from three different occasions.
