After looking into Elvis's departure from Memphis in August 57 in the San Francisco topic, I came across some images on the first part of the tour in late March/April 1957,so here are all the one's I can find so far.
Date :Wednesday March 27th 1957, Memphis Central Station , waiting to depart on the "Panama Limited" 11.25pm departure. The Memphis Press-Scimitar sent a photographer to catch Elvis's departure. What looks like the station magazine/book stall ,both Elvis and George Klien thumb through some magazine's,looking for material for the overnight journey up to Chicago. George in particular seems to be suitably wrapped up for the chilly march night. The March 1957 Playboy magazine can be seen in the rack, although I am not stating that they are looking at this magazine (on this occasion!)

Another member of Elvis's party can be seen, but it's difficult to identify who else is in this candid photo. The other members of Elvis's group were the already mentioned George Klien, and Gene Smith.Lamer Fike ,Arthur Hooten and Cliff Greaves, were apparently on the tour from the start, though they don't feature in any images up to now.
