#1 - April 8, 1957 - playing football


#2 - March 19, 1957 - At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 19, Elvis, accompanied by his parents, meet real estate agent Grant at Graceland. According to the Grant 's highly detailed, published account of the transaction, Elvis surveyed the property for a few minutes, then baptized the house by playing some Rock & Roll at a piano. Elvis, Vernon and Gladys Presley signed the sales contract on the spot as purchasers, and a closing date was set for Tuesday, March 26, at 4:30 p.m.


#3 - May 16, 1956 - Little Rock (i'm not sure about the date...)

I'd say it was more like 1961. He has that Kid Galadad look.

More like the early '60s. That's Richard Davis to Elvis's right and they didn't meet until around 1962.

Well, it's Christmas time and I've been busy shopping presents for the kids but let's have a look at the pics.

As you all know by now the 60's are not my best period but judging from Elvis' hair in the first pic I'd say around Follow That Dream - Kid Galahad. Although Richard Davis is in the pic doesn't mean he worked for Elvis. He could have been part of the football team before he started working for Elvis.

As for the second photo this is most likely from March 25, 1957. The photo (which is reversed) along with the one of him standing in the bedroom were published in the Memphis Press Scimitar on March 26, 1957.

The third pic has also puzzled my for many years. I don't think it's as early as May 56, I've always had this gut feeling that it comes from the August 56 tour. But it's quite hard to tell for sure.
