If you compare both pictures closely you will notice that they are exactly the same.
However the second "candid" is a fake

Elvis and "Mcveigh"



The level of similar details in both pictures seems to indicate that at least one picture is fake.
The blue circel shows the difference, indicating that Albert Flogge's head was likely replaced with
with Mcveigh's head to create a fake image.



In fact, I think I just found the original foto used to create this fake image, it's Timothy Mcveigh the
Oklahoma City Bomber!

When I compare both pictures, it is immediately obvious the second one is a phony, on a number of levels.

I don't remember where I found this one, but untill I checked Mcveigh's name I had no idea who the guy on the picture really was ..

The head looks just a bit too big for the body and it looks like a cut out of the head stuck on the picture, it looks obvious to me.
