Add Neil Sedaka to the mix and you have a "Million Dollar Quartet" volume 2.

Maybe throw in "Bad Blood" and "Laughter In The Rain" and you've got the best selling album of the decade.

And behind the three gentlemen in the right of the photo is Lamar Fike.

That's likely Sonny West over EP's right shoulder, too.

I found this in the book The Genuine Elvis. The quality is a little better here.

Thanks! Does the book list a date?

My guess is Las Vegas, circa August 1974.

Thank you The Fool! Much better indeed.
This first emerged on the double CD Rom set Graceland by EPE in the early Nineties.
Judging by Elvis' looks, wardrobe and tan, I'd say August/September indeed.

Cheers,
Simon

Unfortunately no. The photo caption says "A month before Elvis´ death, he was seen at the Memphis, Tennessee, airport with Pat Boone". Yeah, right. Many other photo captions are (almost) just as bad in that little book.

Hey, I have that CD Rom, but don´t remember seeing this photo on it. Thanks for this info! And I agree with you and Doc, must be from 1974. Those tigers on his jacket remind me of the Tiger Suit jumpsuit.

I think Neil said that he and Elvis one night in Vegas played piano and jammed a bit.
