I don't particularly like them.
I saw him just three days prior to this. Through fifteen-year-old wide eyes and colored stage lights, he looked like a super hero. I sure don't remember him looking this way.
Many times, I wish I had those fifteen-year-old eyes back.

Oh, Rob.... can I ever relate to your post. At the time back in the day, just being in the same venue with a living legend overshadowed everything else. Even if he was bad, he was still Elvis.... and after 20-odd years in the entertainment biz, Elvis epitomized everything that was good and right about America. The country boy could really make it big in America; anybody could go as high as talent and charisma could take them. It really is hard to explain to those who never experienced it first-hand.
Back then we always thought the last concert we had seen was the best one we'd ever seen.... of course, we know better now. Hindsight is always 20-20....
