Hey Doc, take note of the grinning pulling your leg smileys denoting the light hearted manner Brian made the comment with.
Please don't stop with the input just because you may have posted more than others on this.
I will try later today to lift a transparent image from Tupelo and place it over the circa 56 image and see what we get.

Well Doc, I'm about to give up on this one. That is, until we find some more evidence that will help us.
As for the letters Doc. Yes, you do need glasses
Just take a look at this shot from Tupelo 57 and you'll HAVE to agree that the fond is NOT the same.
Hopefully, we'll solve this one too some day.

If the design is slightly different, does that negate the idea they were placed there by management? The connection seems apparent.
