(Just had to get that one off!)

Not quite twice your age, Cryo, ........... which I don't think is too old, .......... yet.

Wasn't sure how to place you.

Afterall .... well ..... with knowledge and articulation like that, how long's a piece of string?

Yes, indeed, ........ and this was also one of the "other" topics I was hinting at.

You were hinting at "Star Wars"?

(Kidding)

I would DEFINITELY read a book by you. On the condition I receive a signed copy, of course.

Or .... like a certain pointy-tongued one .... you could just, you know ... send me your signature on a piece of paper.

Rare breath of fresh air ............. and much needed, too.

You're an asset to the board and don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

Oh, I'm really honoured with this. But I really don't think so -- not next to the likes of drjohncarpenter and Ger (who I really wanna see back here!!!). But I try my best. Thank you, N8 ..... and, naturally, the very same to you, only a hundred times more.

LOL! I know. The glasses and hat, especially together, aren't very flattering, are they?

He looks happy, but also tired and burned out. Oh, if he had just kept himself there for a year instead of a few weeks, relaxing and getting his health together.

What our resident Doc ordered was just the right prescription for Elvis at this time. Sadly there was another tour to return to, and another...

That someone who had earned as much as Elvis in his lifetime needed the money, and couldn't afford any time off is as big a travesty as any in the sad decline of our man.

The blame for this is only partly with the colonel, with Vernon, and Elvis also having to take some of the blame. Vernon was always going be out of his depth, and should have had professional help, and of course, Elvis spent his money recklessly at times.
