Your Candid Central photo was taken at the Memphis Airport, on July 24th '60, whilst Presley was leaving for the West Coast to make Flaming Star. Presley stayed in Vegas prior commencing Flaming Star and that was when he met up with Bobby Darin.
The photo below was taken at the Rainbow Rollerdomw (the 23rd) the night before he left, for Vegas!
