Here's some photos of these extremely beautiful people:

There certainly was a Priscilla quality about Debra Paget's look, and what's not to like about that?! I always felt Debra Paget was somewhat overlooked in the "Elvis starlet" department. A stunning beauty...

She sure was. I still like Judy Tyler the most. Classic beauty.

That's the closest you'll see to "banned" (unuasable in 56) promo shots.

Elvis in his dressing gown on a bed with a woman, gasp shock horror it's 1956 cover your daughters eyes.

But I guess these are not rare photos anyway?

Debra sure looked like Young Priscilla or was it the other way around???

Tue Dec 19, 2006 3:59 pm

I suppose since Debra Paget is older, it would be fair to say that Priscilla looked like her. Then again, doesn't matter how you slice it, I guess...

Richard Egan looks like a nice guy too. Shame he didn't like Elvis, I guess Elvis liked him :?

Tue Dec 19, 2006 4:19 pm

Why did he not like Elvis??

Was he also after Debra Perhaps????

I never read anything negative from Richard Egan about Elvis.

Tue Dec 19, 2006 5:03 pm

Well, I've read something. Colonel offered him free pin or what it is in English where did read ELVIS and he didn't want to it :D Only kidding, I guess he did have nothing against Elvis but perhaps something against Colonel. He was a fine actor with good voice.

I got those from friend in NYC, he had bought them from some shop.

Great pictures!

This was possibly the last time Elvis looked like the rookie compared to other celebrities on a photo?

Debra Paget and Richard Egan really looks like they're Hollywood superstars, while Elvis looks somehow not like the celebrity...!?

The two bed room shots appeared

in a book about Love Me Tender

called Elvis In Hollywood that

came out in March 1990.

The photos came from the

Michael Oches Archives & had

text by Steve Pond. In the Book

there are seven Photos including

two with Richard Egan also

dressed for bed. There's also a

dissapearing picture in the

background, this is pointed

out in the text. And the photo

with the sailor can be found, along

with serveral other photos, in the

Now Dig This 25th Anniversary Tribute

book Just Elvis.

Not true. Egan had a great affection for Elvis, as displayed in the 1987 BBC documentary 'Presley'.

My mistake. Walter Matthau told nice things about Elvis too.

I got three photos more:

Love Me Tender in IMDB

Nice photos. I didn't realise until recently (when I got Ger Rijff's 'Shock, Rattle & Roll' book) that Debra had short hair at the time and must have worn a wig for the movie.

What's the idea to put watermarks on the picture?

It's common practice, it's supposed

to stop anyone from copying the

photos & claiming ownership.
