February 26th '75 Candid!

It's hard to believe that the following two images are the only two candids (well to my knowledge/ possession) that has surfaced, from mid - 0ctober '74 (tour closing) to the start of the March/ April '75 Vegas engagement! These (for those who do not know) were taken outside the Memphian! It is interesting to see both Red and Charlie (obviously on the pay - roll!) in these shots, since Presley hadn't work for four months, at the time these were taken! Does anyone have any candids from this period of in - activity! Cheers!

You could have fooled me and said these pictures were taken on march 26th 1976 at the site of that trafic accident !

Seems to be the same suit he's wearing, same glasses and also his hair is almost identicial. By the way he looks I would have said "76" without knowing or being told they could be from '75.

If you can prove they are indeed from '76, then feel free to do so! I have always been one for corrections, especially when it comes time for candids! I love pushing out the boundaries when dating/ placing images

I'm at work .. but take a look at the pictures from that trafaic accident on march 26th 1976. Also in early '75 Red West had a beard and in this picture he hasn't, just like early '76

Also, you have to agree that Elvis has a certain '76 look over him which imo doesnt resemble '75 at all.

I don't think it's the same incident, as he seems to be wearing a dark blue high collar shirt underneath the red suit in
'76, whereas he seems to wear the pale blue track suit under his coat in the alledged '75 photos.

Although I do believe these picture are from 1976, I do not believe they are taken at the scene of the car accident. Elvis hair is different here. In the candids he's wearing his hair over the left (as usual) while at the car accident pictures he's wearing it just straight over his fore head.

da jacket is red indeed, a deep red, but red none the less..I think the pics are more closer towards '74, going by the way the way the sideburns look.
