The pic with his jacket on is from Chicago and perhaps the one kneeling..but all the others are from Kansas City of the same tour. You can see on the KS pics the musicians are in white while wearing a dark color on the one with the jacket.

Administrator is right. Besides that Chicago was the only time during this tour Elvis wore a cape on his two-piece.
