Yeah she can be heard on the session making the odd comment.

She was Elvis' girlfriend-of-the-moment Marilyn Evans, a Las Vegas showgirl.

The first MDQ bootleg in 1980 featured a nicely colorized version of this image of the "Rover Boys Trio" and Marilyn.
