Yes Doc, it´s the same day Elvis presented Col. Parker with an $ 1.800 Italian Isetta sportscar as a Christmas gift.

Great pix again Funky. Although seen before I, for one, will never get tired of Elvis 1954-1957.

Doc got most of those pix dated already but thought I´d nail it a bit more.

# 2, July 3, 1956 from New York to Memphis. Elvis left NY in this shirt and changed next morning.

# 3, June 16, 1956 is quite correct Doc, so you don´t need that "?" after your date

# 7+8, December 6, 1957 WDIA

Think I have to make a behind-the-photo stories about some of those Memphis photos from 1956 so we can get them nailed some more.

Sincerely
Brian

# 3+4, Not too sure about exactly when the pix of Elvis visiting George Klein at radio-staion were shot but sometime around March-May 1956 I´d guess.

# 5+6, Steve Allen rehearsal on June 29, 1956 in New York.

# 7, summer og 56 Audubon Drive.

# 8, spring of 56, photo is reverse

# 9, Breckenridge, Tx June 10, 1955

# 10, Ft Wayne, In March 30, 1957

# 11, July 1, 1956, Steve Allen

# 12, never seen this before. because of guitar and red jacket I´d say spring of 1957.

# 13, With Eddie Fadal 1958 before Elvis went to Germany.

Funky!

Pic is from July 1, 1956 New York.

Elvis played Richmond, Va on June 30 and boarded a train after the shows for New York arriving in the morning. At NY Central Station he bought the Sunday Times with headline "2 Airplanes missing, 127 Aboard" or something like that.

That is not Eddie Fadal, but movie theatre owner Claude Stewart. Another photo can be seen in the FTD book Rockin´ across Texas, page 216.

Thanks Fool! Of course, you´re quite right about that being Claude Stewart.

I remember reading an article about Elvis visiting his theatre sometime when he was in the the army in Texas.

Funky!

# 1 is from Louisville, Ky on November 26, 1956. Elvis stayed over in Louisville after his show on NOv 25 and then went to Nashville on the 26th to visit Col. Parker.

# 2, haven´t quite found out the extact date for this one but I believe it is from the fall of 1956.

I seem to remember reading on Eddie's daughter's site that Elvis borrowed the shirt from her dad. Elvis wears it well though :)

Thank you LS, after looking at the size on Funky's thumbnail, I was worried he probably didn't have it larger. Thought that's why he never responded. Thanks for your upload :)

I'm not sure about the date of this other than by your image name but here is a bit more info on the the picture:

We know that Elvis did NOT use the leather cover on his Dec 15, 1956 Hayride show. I´m sure he would have if he had already been presented with it.
And here we have Elvis on January 6, 1957 at the last Ed Sullivan show with the cover, so most likely he got it late December 56 as Charles Underwood states.
