Re: Tucson Rodeo Grounds in June 1956
Thanks Mike. I love the look on Elvis’ face and as well in the second photo of the police officer. Something tweaked their fancy.MikeFromHolland wrote:.

The photos from 6-10-1956 (Tucson) have been posted here before, as far back as 2008.
But quality is better here, thanks!
Note that they had to have been made by two separate photographers, as they both capture nearly the exact same moment of Elvis about to get in that car and leave the venue, from two completely different angles.
The Same time (almost) but different angle thread

It’s a miracle to me how you spot the photos that were posted here before, doc. Guess that’s what you do . I’m glad there’s an improvement on quality, so my efforts weren’t completely in vain.
Thanks!

Often, I ask myself this question ! For people like me that are on this forum since only a few years, the work done here to put a date and a place on a picture since all these years is fantastic. And often, I'm asking myself : " how many pictures Doc have ? ", "how is it possible to save and share all this great work for the next years ?"... Thank FECC, thank Doc, thank all of you.MikeFromHolland wrote: ↑Tue Aug 02, 2022 10:04 amIt’s a miracle to me how you spot the photos that were posted here before, doc. Guess that’s what you do .
You've never walked in that man's shoes or seen things through his eyes
Or stood and watched with helpless hands while the heart inside you dies
So help your brother along the road no matter where you start
For the God that made you, made them too, these men with broken hearts
Or stood and watched with helpless hands while the heart inside you dies
So help your brother along the road no matter where you start
For the God that made you, made them too, these men with broken hearts
