February 1957 and Elvis is not only the cover star, but the rear cover star and the inside front and back cover star, plus loads inside.

2 more to add here. 1 courtesy of P. Lee Pearce and one seen recently on eBay at a very high price, although it is one of the rarest magazines with Elvis featured.
