Who is this man with Elvis, he looks like an actor. I got this pic from tcb world.

That's legendary character actor Mike Mazurki. He worked, usually as a heavy, in movies and television for half a century.

No wonder he looks so familiar. Now I remember him in Murder, My Sweet, the guy that hired Philip Marlowe (Dick Powell) to look for his missing girl friend. He was also the strangler in Night and the City. Yup, film noir, that's my favorite genre next to the Elvis movies :D
