Just wondered if any other countries are using the slogan Elvis Lives with a retouched to appear older version of Elvis' face in an advertising campaign. The poster is being used here in Spain to promote the Mini Car . I am not sure what is the logic behind the use of Elvis as I saw it briefly while passing by on a bus.
Hopefully it is a positve influence they are trying to convey.

OK the idea behind this is,
Under the headline of Elvis Lives, with the aged image of his face etc, is the announcement that the Mini Cooper is now available with a diesel engine.
The slogan that accompanies the ad more or less translates as "Now You Have To Believe the Unbelievable"
