I´m trying to merge 4 irregular parts (some parts are missing) of an image into one, without loosing the original high quality of the original source.
I´ve been looking for a free tool but couldn´t find it, is there any beside Photoshop?

I´m trying to merge 4 irregular parts (some parts are missing) of an image into one, without loosing the original high quality of the original source.
I´ve been looking for a free tool but couldn´t find it, is there any beside Photoshop?.
