I cannot access the forum in a new PC with Windows 10

Last week in my work I received a new PC with Windows 10. Unfortunately, I cannot access the forum. The answer was: The server of this website is low. Please try again later. No result. I tried with 3 browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Chrome). None worked. I closed the Firewall settings, including the ESET antivirus, followed many instructions from the Internet regarding to allow the FECC site, but in vain. The irony is that my ex computer had also Windows 10 and the forum worked very fine. I also checked the Network settings, using a proxy server or not, but with no avail. Can you give me some advice, please?

On the computer facing the error, please visit the following website to find out your IPV4 address:

http://www.whatismyip.com

Copy and paste it into a PM to me.

It's possible that either:
1.) The server on our end is inadvertently blocking your work PC due to it falsely tripping the firewall.
2.) The server on our end is blocking your work PC due to it tripping the firewall legitimately.
3.) Your ISP/Work may have installed an internal program to block traffic to certain sites.

Once I receive the IP of that computer from you, we can move forward.

Very interesting.
In that browser, please clean your cookies and cache. It's sort of in a state of limbo right now. It is granted access, but your browser is.....well.....confused hahaha.

Yes sir,
It is because of the issue previously with the firewall on the server-side of things. That has been fixed. But your browser may still have cached information from when it was still an issue.

The IP is the same. The message is:
