Is FTD Label on Tidal Music Service?

Hi gang, it's been a while. I imagine I will be returning more often as time goes on. Uncharacteristically, no TMI this time; if you're on Facebook and are a friend, that's where I spilled my guts over the past couple months, plus the year or so leading up to the denouement.

That's all about that for now.

My question is simple. Are FTD releases available on the Tidal music streaming service? It's lossless, but also mondo expensive. If I had a car with a good sound system, I would do it. But I am carless, which is fine with me. Still, at night, it's so easy to put some buds or sleep phones as you chill out to sleep and listen to lossless music.

FTD availability is basically the deal-breaker. I am highly budgeted lately so if that's not available, I will stick with my 2009 iPod Classic or my Note 8, with headphone jack (!!).

So, does the Tidal music service have FTDs?

Thank you. And thank you for understanding my extended absence, especially if you don't have Facebook and don't know what has happened to my family situation - or lack thereof. I lost someone. Or rather, I lost the last member of my immediate family. So, I am experiencing huge life changes and . . . I'll share later.

P.S. -- I have missed very much the relatively carefree days when I racked up a whole lotta posts every day here. Oh what a time it was! As I said in the past, posting here requires a mind that is not brain-fogged. And grief will fog you in, tell you for sure. And a sense of humor and a thick skin is also necessary, and both are not quite there yet. But that will improve over time. That's what they tell me.

Can someone tell me about Tidal Streaming service and FTDs? My free trial will run out in early August. I need to decide. And that's the deal-breaker. Especially if they have access to out-of-print tracks and albums. They are still in the process of enhancing the service in several ways.

That would be cool and worth $240 annually. I think it would also be good for the label. It would introduce FTD to the audiophillic masses!

If not, I will stick with hard copy music.

Aw, that's a shame. I can't imagine a downside to it; it's lossless music for audiophiles.

Hi Linda. Thank you. I will be back increasingly. I have a lot on my plate right now in addition to dealing with the loss itself. But I remember how FECC was so helpful years ago in overcoming another loss 11 years ago now. Being here was a place to forget the world and dig deep into Elvis and music in general.
