One of my all-time favourite B-sides, the flip to The Jam's number one hit "Start".

A great song from back in the day when singles had two sides that were actually worth listening to.
The Jam were a great singles band with many of their 'B' sides being as good as the 'A's. I remember buying the "Snap!" compilation on vinyl many years ago and wearing it out.

Thanks guys, glad you enjoyed.
The Sound Affects album has been on heavy rotation recently.
Where did you see them Ken? I bet they were awesome.

It's good to see them getting some kudos on here. A band's band.

I never saw The Jam live unfortunately, but I have everything they have recorded on CD and "Sound Affects" is a favourite of mine too.
I also like most of Weller's solo stuff and have seen him live a few times. Always great shows.
With The Jam, TSC and the solo recordings combined, there is a great body of work to look back on, and PW is still going strong too.
