It's pretty cool to know Buddy was ambitious in adolescence. Of course, his time was short.

The 1949 Lubbock home demo is called "My Two-Timin' Woman," written and released in 1947 by Clarence Snow (AKA Hank Snow).

It has apparently been restored and released on Not Fade Away: Complete Studio Recordings & More the box set released by MCA on November 23, 2009, an essential purchase for anyone who loves rock 'n' roll.

Yeah, it's included on that beatiful box set with much better sound quality. I originally got to hear this historical recording 20 years ago when it was released on an EP record released by Buddy Holly's brothers. Still got it and even that sounds a lot better than the youtube clip.
