I won't count jan and dean because I consider them a whole thing in them selves and they have their own thing going on even though SOME of it sounds influenced by the beach boys they really have a unique sound of their own especially the early years and just before the crash..

For his 1974 album "Caribou", Elton John said he was trying to obtain a Beach Boys type sound on some of the songs, and having recently listened to the Beach Boys "Brother Years" 70's compilation, I can see a similarity in places.
