He's pretty well known in certain circles particularly Texas and i'm sure a lot of knowledgable folks on here will have heard of him but hardly a household name so I hope this is the kind of thing you're looking for.

Not too well known but he was lead singer with the acclaimed but largely ignored BR5-49.None of their albums broke the country top 30 which was a great shame as they deserved better.Anyway here is a good one from Chucks debut solo album from a couple of years ago.
