I just found this LP in San Francisco. Very odd record.

Somebody in this forum asked for info on this record in September '09. Other than that, I can't find anything online on this obscurity at all. Like it doesn't exist. Somebody suggested it may be an Asian press. I cannot find any other records on the MGM label with a similar label number.
As I am NOT an Elvis collector, this LP has just been uploaded on eBay:
