Monroe, March 4 ES
Monroe, March 7 ES
Charlotte, March 9 ES
Hampton Roads, March 11 ES
Richmond, March 12 ES
Greensboro, March 13 ES
I can rule out all others.
From what I can gather looking at Rex Martin's "New Service Weekly" from this period, it cannot be Monroe - March 4, Hampton Roads - March 11 or Richmond - March 12.
In Monroe Elvis states after 'Funny How Time Slips Away' that they will be back in Monroe in a couple of days, and then states "Until then I bid you an affectionate adios" - This is not what it's like on your tape, so it cannot be this show.

It cannot be from Hampton Roads or Richmond either, as the following indicates that Elvis sang 'Mystery Train / Tiger Man' in Richmond, which isn't on the track listing of the tape you have, and in Hampton Roads it shows he did a reprise of the last verse on 'Why Me Lord?' and also sings 'How Great Thou Art' - does he do this on your tape? If not, it isn't this show you have.

This now just leaves the following concerts as possibilities as being on the tape you have:
Monroe, March 7
Charlotte, March 9 ES
Greensboro, March 13
