Both shows are available (for the most part) on them but "Jambalaya" is only available in its E.S. soundboard version on the above releases. They both do not contain the afternoon version, which was posted by Ciscoking. on Cajun Tornado it's just a bonus track.

I wouldn't mind a re-release of the evening show on a single cd, as I've sold the original Profile boxes years ago. The Maryland '74 show would be most welcome too, no matter how bad it is.

You could have avoided that if you had taken a look at this website:

I agree the 3 Asheville shows were tremendous, his voice sounds so incredibly good and flexible, it's almost unbelievable he could still pull this off, plus the band's on fire as well. He felt he had something to prove, a feeling I get as well, for the last time, when listening to the late December '76 shows...
I don't think we are going to see Ashville on soundboard do we?

Do you think Ernst is going to do a We Have Not Rehearsed Then FTD and what should be on it in restored audio?

I have a feeling that we don`t get Asheville on soundboard..and we won`t get a rare live tracks FTD either..I think..cause of the lack of SB`s..

I think if it was available for release, we would have gotten something from July '75 by now. Everybody who follows the goings on in the world of Elvis concert collectors knows that this would be something that fans would look forward to.

The same goes for several other tours/engagements, not documented by soundboard thusfar, like Tahoe '71 or on tour in '73.

The show is one of the best I have ever heard...pity the sound is not the best.

Memphis Tennessee (22.7.1975 ES)

i would have mentioned 1971 aug 11 DS instead. especially since it was a friend of mine who first found this tape containing unknown to him the first non one liner version of memphis tennessee and it pretty good sound too

There are hundreds of one liners but that`s not worth the efforts.

If YOU know of a song that was rarely performed just throw it in here
and I will take care of it. No prob.... :smt006

There are some more of the caliber of "Pieces Of My Life" etc.
Most of them are avail. on FTD and therefore shouldn't be posted.
Nevertheless they definitely deserve being mentioned here, as rarely performed they were...

Only Believe (LV 1971-01-27 MS)
Down In The Alley (LV 1974-08-19 OS)
Danny Boy (Tucson, AZ 1976-06-01)
+ several selections from Las Vegas 1969/70

But these should be OK to post(?):
You've Lost That Loving Feeling (LV 1975-12-02 OS) or AR of "Snowbird"

Amazing list..really..many of the real live rarities (rare songs) ..if not all..have been covered...though.
You included many "best of" and "last" live versions of songs that are well known..and do not represent
rarities...

I know, it is a list I compiled strictly for myself from my own collection comprising of the most interesting bonus tracks and rarities on them, and thought it might include a couple that you might include for fellow fans who don't have some of these already.
