what program created these label's on the dvd's , they look

hi ,

does anyone know what program makes these label's , or what is used to make these dvd label's , they look more pro to me than a standered label , any help appericated .

they just look like "lightscribe discs" to me

you can get the software packaged with your cd/dvd burner fairly simple to use but the dsics are a little more expensive than normal full face white printable discs

They look like silver inkjet printable discs to me...readily available on internet sites such as supermediastore.com

Yes, they are NOT Lightscribe.

Silver, inkjet-printable DVD-Rs.
