1969 CD-R covers??

Hi,

Does anyone have the covers for the 1969 CD-R's from the shows:

12th August 1969 Dinner Show -- The Hillbilly Cat Is Back

14th August 1969 Dinner Show -- Back In Vegas

I have other covers for these shows but not them two, can anyone help us??
