While I totally agree for the majority of FTDs, there is a perfectly good reason for wanting cover art for the book CDs. I have bought every single FTD release of all descriptions without exception, so I take offence at the suggestion that I want a cover for a CD-R copy.

I'm still looking, if anyone would like a go...
