this show from pittsburgh is a good concert that elvis performed in 1976.
Elvis looked great in his white suit/black phoenix when he came out from the wings on stage.
some songs that were performed at the show were obscure for this period of time such as - Big Boss Man,Reconsider Baby,Fairytale,Its Now or Never,Trying To Get To You , A.Y.L.T and rags to riches(played on piano).
However there were other good songs such as his opening song after -2001-space oddyssey (CCRIDER)to make up a good show.

... Why, dear lad, are you posting this here, on a site, where

all [ almost all] have a very good knowledge on Elvis' career?

Youve mentioned being only 12, and we dont exspect any great

'news' from such a youngster... but if you feel the urge to speak your

mind, try for something a little different. Like: how you got interested

in Elvis, at such a young age, etc. Im only trying to protect you a

little, having a 12 year old son myself. Some ol' geezers on this

site can be nasty at times.

Rags to riches and Reconsider baby are really the only rare songs from this period you mentioned.

Anyhow, nice to see younger fans on the board. Welcome!

I've never heard of this show. Sounds like a good one. Hopefully, someday it will be available on CD.

With only 3 known performances of Big Boss Man in '76 (June 6th & December 30th, 31st), I would class that song also under "rare songs for this period"

Also, with 5 performances in 2 years (December 13th,14th, 15th 1975 and December 12th & 31st 1976), I would also class Little Sister under "rare songs for this period"

OK "Half-rare"! I also count the 7 performances from 1977, which is sort of same period. This makes Rags to riches and Reconsider baby "ultra-rare". Well, it doesn´t matter.

"ROOM 3" -- why does it seem farfetched you were born in 1994?

If indeed you are 12 and have just come to know Elvis how is it - of all the regular material out there - you have come to hear an audience recorded live show?

ROOM 3, if you like the Pittsburgh concert, you might want to have a look at the FTD section of the site http://home.online.no/~ov-egela/indexep.html
There is a LOT to discover (and to spend a LOT of money on)! A place to purchase is e.g. http://e.dominohosting.biz/dca/NDT.nsf/Home?OpenForm
(no, I'm not connected to them).
