A lot of TV news networks use similiar logos because of similar usage / credit issues.
I'm almost surprised it doesn't happen more often in this age of copyright flouting sites like youtube.com, but I'm glad it does not.
It is a bit cheap that they put it on there. It's damn near public domain footage anyway.

Damn near public domain???
Man, if you had ANY idea how much it cost to get this footage licensed and available to the public (especially if you yourself had spent that much) I guarantee you would want to make DAMN sure no one copied it.

Both DVD and Book are great. The BEST overall package for many a year. On an historical note - remembering this was in 1950's Mississippi -
interesting to see that at the parade the black folks are on one side of the street and the whites on the other.
Do not hesitate in buying this fantastic historical package.
