It's not Rufus Thomas, and the suggestion of Fats Domino is beyond comprehension.
First, I marked off the ones we have already dismissed.
But, besides the appearance of seven (7) more women, at least 19 of these folks were either dead by 1966 -- or too old -- to possibly qualify.
And you have three (3) white guys up there.
This is tougher than one might imagine. How obscure can this fellow be?
