It appears that only some copies are messed up. Mine plays fine. I guess what you should do is just send your copy back to your dealer and ask for a new one!

I noticed some digital noise at the end of I Found My Thrill...and the last track wouldn't play at all...anyone else experience this?
I'm thinking it's my player rather than the disc, but just to be sure I'll ask here...

Well, I've got all the FTD's [waiting for the July ones] and not a cdr among them.

My advice if you can't afford them:

Wait until you can !

They aren't going away anytime soon.

I can't believe people can be so agressive and find funny when another fan is asking for some little help.
I only asked for two songs on mp3 and seems it bothers a lot to some people
I really can't understand such replies

Yes it is a sin because it is a crime to have copyrighted material if you have not paid for it.

But most if not all of us who "moan" about FTD CDrs are not concerned with the "sin" in itself, but the potential death of the collectors label because people choose to download or copy the FTDs when they could buy them, but would rather have them for free and spend their money on things that are not so easily "stolen".

Now Ale I appreciate that you may be poor, but there are many many "fans" who could buy them but would rather get them for free. This is basic human nature, but it don't make it right, and does nothing to support FTD and ensure it's continuation. That is what pisses us off!!

As a musician, I'm very against cdrs of ANY legitimate release. If you can't afoord the FTD's, get a second job or simply DROP SOME OF YOUR NEEDS. Nobody is entitled to commit robbery just becuase "it's too expensive". Otherwise I'd have given my wife those diamonds she wants a long time ago.

If you can't afford it, then do without. Period.

Administrators, many of us really wish you would throw f-ckwits like this off the board.

A) They're violating the rules of this message board, but they fail to correct themselves even when it's pointed out to them.

B) Their theft is damaging to our hobby, but they don't care enough to acknoweledge it, much less stop it.

C) They're conistently unfailingly rude when anyone tries to get them to stop flagrantly promoting their bad habits.

D) Their obvious lack of scruples is embarrassing to many of us, but they don't have the decency to be ashamed of themselves or curb their bad habits.

There's every need when these pratts are coming on here complaining that their CDs - CDR COPIES - of FTD CDs are skipping. Talk about gall! If they stole a car and it ran out of petrol they'd probably blame it on the garage.

Ale,

You are not alone. I know a person who burned almost 500 copies of the 3 latest FTD´s (so that makes 1500 CDR´s not counting Elvis Presley CD that it is a double CD  ) and sold each for less than 8 dollars!!

BTW, I do support FTD label purchasing every single release even my kids don´t have milk to drink!

I must admit I feel sorry for the likes of "Ale" (and others - not Scott though!) on this board, who cannot afford these FTD discs, when their only way to get them is to download them as poor quality MP3's (Their loss) from a Newsgroup.

But we shouldn't shun the likes of "Ale" because of this!

We should help them!

About a year ago I read a thread regarding Elvis' "Memphis 74" show being released on FTD, and a certain (regular) member not wanting to get it because of the price, and also because he didn't think there was anything new on it, that he didn't already have.

There was an arguement going on for over a month when I thought F**K THIS !

I sent the said person a CDR of the FTD "Memphis" album, knowing that when he heard it, he would buy it, which he eventually did! (Back me up here  )

I'm the first in line to criticise anyone CDR'ing FTD's for "Trading" purposes only, but most on here are genuine fans who will buy them eventually!

Just to keep the record straight - I have never sold anything I have - I give
