Just in case any of you have been confused by the different Elvis Christmas CD's out this year, I can explain two of them.
Both share the same title: Christmas With Elvis and both are re-issues of his 1957 album [public domain ?].
The top one [Pegasus Entertainment] is just like the old one, with the same 12 tracks in the same running order.
The lower one [Delta Leisure Group] is the same album, with the same running order [except O Little Town of Bethlehem & Silent Night swap places] but with the following favourite holiday tracks [?] as a bonus:
Jailhouse Rock
Heartbreak Hotel
Hound Dog
All Shook Up
Teddy Bear
Love Me Tender
Both were listed at £4.99 when I ordered them, but the Pegasus one had reduced to £1.98 by the time they dispatched them !
Quite a snip !
BTW - That bottom sleeve makes me smile !
While opening his Xmas cards, Elvis comes across an unexpected electricity bill !
