King Masters vs. Rocking the Nation dvds

I've read a lot of comments about these two dvd sets....some people say RTN are great and some other that KM's is the best set of 8mm footage.
Well i'm confused by now.....as I also know that a lot of the stuff on them is repeated on both.
So which is the best set...with best quality and most complete footage??
