The comment is a play on the phrase "People who won't take yes for an answer" -- in other words, a person so ungracious they cannot comprehend when someone is doing them right.

This is actually a very enjoyable album, taken for what it is, a bunch of tracks from various sources thrown together on a disc. I wonder why Flaming Star was selected as the title track? Had the movie shown on network tv just recently? Or was there demand from fans to have this track on an album? Too bad some of this stuff got overlooked because it was on a budget album. Too Much Monkey Business is a killer track, love that guitar lick. Wonderful World is very nice, I picture Elvis driving down the beach singing it. All I Needed Was the Rain is another underrated track.
