Exhilarating entertainment.

If that didn't get your heart racing then please call an ambulance.

THAT is why football reigns supreme.

What a game i have just seen. Both teams really playing positive football, playing fair and a good crowd. This was for sure one of the best matches of this tournament. Well done, Belgium!

You were ALL rooting for us, weren't you?

Some day. And that day, it'll be a massacre.

Not today. But we almost pulled a Heidi. Doggone it!

What a thrilling World Cup this has been. Although I have a lot of money riding on the Belgians I couldn't help but cheer on the Americans with their spirit.

Once again another thoroughly entertaining match. Can't wait for the Quarters.

In case you were wondering why I was hoping for Heidi (hilarious classic column, by the way):

ANYTHING can happen. Two "goals" (touchdowns, actually) in 75 seconds. 75 seconds! But not this time.

Since the Holland match a few days ago when Robben was diving all over the place, i lost interest in watching any more but decided to watch the Belgium/USA match as i think the USA team have really improved over the years and they don't seem to cheat their way to a win as most teams do in the World Cup.

What a fantastic match.

Well done to Belgium for winning but the USA team get all my respect.

They were brilliant, especially the Goalie.

Watching the USA team just shows how ridiculous the England team are.

Bodie,

Diving all over the place? I admit he goes down like Matt Biondi, but in the first half he was hit twice (!) in a two opponent tackle inside the box. One mexican defender even broke his leg because of it.

He has a reputation I know, but sometimes he deserves one....

Robben has done it his whole career.

When you got a professional sportsman that will do anything to win like cheating and unsportsmanlike conduct it just ruins their sport.

You can tell when he goes down its so dramatic that he does this alot in training so he gets it right on the day.

It was one of the most amazing athletic performances I have ever seen. In ANY sport.

He really is the MVP of the tournament. And they let him down.

Goes to show that you need others to accomplish goals. Literally and figuratively.

You know, I kid you about what you call "football," but Tim Howard made me RESPECT it!

P.S. -- And he suffers from Tourrett's. And it doesn't hold him back at all!
