Exactly.

If people are moved to buy the issue based on that cover image, it seems a fairly safe bet they will read the "written word inside the magazine."

Food for thought.

Turns out that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev might not have been the first choice for the cover!

p.s. It is interesting how many people misunderstood the point of the cover and article. Once again, lots of screaming and hollering without actually reading.

That's amusing. Kanye is SUCH a royal pain in the butt, the new royal babe ought to be called Prince Kanye! LOL!

Since many stores are removing it from their shelves in protest at the cover it seems a fairly safe bet that people will not have the opportunity to read it.

Food for thought.

I was reading today about the Boston policeman who risked his job by releasing the photos of the capture. He released the photos due to his anger over the RS cover.I think that speaks volumes.

Your plate is empty.

More food for thought: you are mistaken twice-over.

(1) Some stores in the Boston area are removing or not stocking the issue. Obviously, the First Amendment is ... malleable in Massachusetts.

(2) The article is available to anyone at the click of a link:

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev: Jahar's World | Culture News | Rolling Stone

Read. Learn. Enjoy. ;-)

People act as if this guy went to Rolling Stone and had a photoshoot done. If Charles Manson was on the cover would it make a difference?
IT'S ALL ABOUT $$$$$$$$$ TO SELL A MAGAZINE.

Just as the coffin photo of Elvis Presley was on the cover of the National Enquirer-- once again----> M-O-N-E-Y!
