Given that children died in this accident, and indications are the pilots were at fault, this doesn't seem at all funny.

Apparently the airline has filed a lawsuit against the TV station in response, and subsequently has hired well known attorney Mr. Wi Su Yoo to put together a case against the TV station. :shock: :shock:

No one was "pranked," the NTSB representative apparently did not deliver those racist names to KTVU as a "joke."
