The best manager ever? Not by far. Ferguson just won only two times the most prestigious Cup, the CL. And that in 27 years. For instance, Mourinho won also two CL titles in a much lesser time, and with two different clubs.

One other thing, it's actually not worth to mention ''Suarez'' anymore when it becomes to soccer/football. The guy is a first class moron who can't behave, is a racist, and the ''Schwalbe King''. If it was for me, he would have a long-life ban from the fields. Besides, he's a average player.

Sorry pal but as soon as you mentioned "soccer" all credibility flew oot the window. It is called football. Soccer is an americanisation of the proper term..football. Mention soccer in the UK and you'll get laughed at.(and American football is just a tame/lame version of rugby)

Suarez is a twat and deserves his arse kicked..big time..but he is a world class footballer. Steven Gerrard reckons Suarez is no3 in the world after Messi and Ronaldo. Whether he is right or wrong, Suarez is certainly in top 10. But there is a strong argument for kicking him out of LFC.

Ferguson is the greatest by the way. 27 years at probably the biggest club on the planet(in any sport) Building that club up again, after 20 odd years previously with nothing and then winning his first league title and then continuing to build successful teams time and again over all those years says it all. He has done it consistently. Mourihno hardly stays in a job long enough, would he manage rebuild successful teams if he was long term at a club... I doubt it. He goes where the most money is.( His style of football is crap as well).
Ferguson should have done better in Europe. He competed in 4 finals and numerous semi's and only won 2.
But he's' still the best. :smt023 :smt023

With Mancini being sacked by Man City last night, it would appear that four of the top six teams in England will be welcoming new managers next season.

I think it's hard to argue in terms of domestic success that Fergie was the greatest manager to grace the game, but his record in the Champions League is slightly less impressive as others have said.

As an Evertonian, I was pleased to see Moyes given a great send off by the Goodison faithful.

To be the best, you have to prove yourself with multiple clubs, and not one.

Biggest club on the planet? Sorry dude, this title belongs to Real Madrid or Bayern Munchen. In terms of value, Real Madrid is the biggest club, worldwide.

Maybe so, Mourinho goes for the money. Ehhhhh, Ferguson worked for free?

Bang on and also with a tiny budget in comparison to the vast majority of other clubs.

And I meant money to spend on players not his salary.

In terms of worldwide support Man U are out there on their own.
