i don´t know much from jones, but agree with some others here, that "he stopped loving her today" may be one of the saddest songs ever written. i was introduced to this one by a country songbook - sheet music - before listening to the record actually. but the words were enough to let the sadness jump at me from the sheet and wrap me up completely.

to leave on a lighter note, after watching "the king is gone" i wondered what a "jim bean decanter" that looks like elvis is, so i googled for it.

Yeah, even after listening to this song and "Tender Years" a hundreds of times, they still make me cry.

by the way, is it correct, that you had birthday on the 5th (like rob said in this thread) ??
