editing video files?

Does anyone here know how to add sound files to video in sync?
It sounds complicated but is it??????

It's not that complicated, I use a software called MPEG Video Wizard DVD 5.0 (30-day free trial):

User-friendly with professional results :wink:

Tried it and it seems to work but my video went approx 1 sec out of sync during the 4 minute video....couldnt find any option to fix that.

And it got more complicated :?

Found this link http://www.ehow.com/how_6770143_sync-audio-mpeg-video-wizard.html but couldnt fin the option in part 4.
Maybe this is for other version of the software.
