DJC, this board is not always a place of love and happiness.
But this is a great support from Rob and the FECC gang and I hope it will pull you through this difficult time.

Keep the loving memories of your dear mother alive and my condolences to you and family.

but she's in a better place now.

You never stop loving and missing your Mum... mine died recently and I keep wanting to speak to her on the phone and then realise that she's not here anymore and my heart sinks every time. My thoughts are with you John.

My sincere condolences to you and your family, John.

Even though you know it'll be over soon, you'll never be prepared for the moment once it happens.
And even though she's in a better place now, all we have are the memories.
It's been ten months now since my mom passed away but not a single day passes when she doesn't cross my memory. And I think this will continue until I finally meet her again.

All the best to you and a lot of strength in this hard times of grief.

When the evening shadows fall
And you're wondering who to call
For a little company
There's always me

Condolences to you and your family in these hard and sad times, John. You have shared quite some stories about your mother here on FECC. What I remember from these posts is the tender way they were written. It was obvious to any reader you and your mother were in many ways closely connected.
