That's When Your Headaches Begin - parody by Vince and Larry

Does anyone here from the U.S. remember in the 80's and 90's a series of radio and television public service announcements (PSA) by the Ad Council that featured the Crash Test Dummies Vince and Larry. The commercials usually ended with an announcer saying "You can learn a lot from a dummy. Buckle your safety belt." I seem to recall there being a radio PSA that had a parody of "That's When Your Heartaches Begin" that was called "That's When Your Headaches Begin." Jack Burns and Lorenzo Music did the voices of Vince and Larry. Lorenzo also did the voice for the cartoon character, Garfield. I've searched the internet trying to track down a copy of the radio PSA of "That's When Your Headaches Begin" to no avail. Does anyone else remember this PSA?
