Another Great Seat!

I saw Elvis live in concert the year before he died. Even then, he was bigger than life, and had amazing charisma. Haven't seen anything like it since, ....until Adam.........Nocturnal 2010

If I hadn't, you would have been unable to post yet another crap comment like the above.

So the answer is obviously yes.

Well, in the GA section there are no chairs!

But I could have remained in place all night -- Bruce is far and away the best live performer of the past 35 years.

I've never been that close ever to Sir Tom when I've been to see him. Glad you enjoyed it.

The clip I posted from the 25th .. the place looks HUGE.. so to be that close was a bit special I bet!

That's a GREAT photo! And Bruce is in spectacular condition.

On my other computer, I have a high definition clip of Springtseen performing live. It's short, but amazing! Unfortunately, I can't get to that PC (it's miles and miles away), but I *may* have backed it up on disc and brought up with me. If not, I might be able to re-trace my steps and download it again. It really is just a clip (not even a full song), but it's UN-FRICKIN-BELIEVABLE in HD! I'll investigate.

Well, I checked the bunch of CDs I would have backed it up to, and it's not there. Inexplicably, I saved one HD music clip -- of Norah Jones performing "I've Got To See You Again". GGRH! Actually, that's a cool clip, but it ain't Bruce. I've also been unable to locate it on the 'net. HOWEVER, I'm 95% certain that it comes from this New York show: Yeah, it's gotta be this one: About time I bought one of those shiny DVD shows of Springtseen, isn't it? Curse my impoverished living!

P.S. WHOA! I just double-loaded that "River" clip on YouTube, because I wanted to view more comments and loaded the second comments page up in a second tab. I got The Boss backing himself up with two versions playing at different points. And it sounds completely surreal. He ends up singing the chorus, then playing harmonica, while peforming a falsetto at the same time!

The YouTube clip is from his superb 2001 DVD release ->

Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band: Live in New York City

It's worth the $15.00 USD you can find it for on eBay.

Alright, Doc. I think I deduced that former fact for myself (note the Amazon hyperlink in my last message), but thank you for confirming and proving me with the latter info. It would make an excellent Christmas present! Speaking of which: I should be reunited with my other PC then and I will gladly send the file your way!
