And am I even more intelligent as I never even went to the questions???

I'm not bragging, but I did go as far as Jethro Bodine did in school, though I never fullfilled my dream of being a double naught spy.

Yes, sam!

The intelligence of anyone that puts any stock in a IQ test, much less an online one encumbered with commercialism, is open to question.

I got quite fed up, too !

But I thought 'well, I've started, so I'll finish !"

I agree that those who quit [or never started] have shown that they are the intelligent ones !

138 which is slightly down on previous ones, but I've turned 40 recently so I get bracketed in the next category of age group now.

But it just goes to show that all IQ tests that I have taken must be bollocks. They might get closer to reality if they used two figures instead of 3.

Takes a while of refusing adverts etc to get it, but you get your results for each question - i got 2 wrong - the paint 10 houses in 120 days and the Image odd shape out one.

Also, careful on the results if you're from the US as (with most things  ) they use a different numbering method (or used to) for IQ results which always made them look 30% cleverer than the rest of the world. so if you're a yank and you scored 125 dont be disappointed if you're used to seeing a US IQ test score of around 155 - 160.

That shape one had me completely baffled !

The logic of it escaped me altogether !

I didn't get as far as checking which ones I got wrong.

Congratulations, Torben!
Your IQ score is 140

This number is based on a scientific formula that compares how many questions you answered correctly on the Classic IQ Test relative to others.

Your Intellectual Type is Visionary Philosopher. This means you are highly intelligent and have a powerful mix of skills and insight that can be applied in a variety of different ways. Like Plato, your exceptional math and verbal skills make you very adept at explaining things to others — and at anticipating and predicting patterns. And that's just some of what we know about you from your IQ results.

Klicked a wrong answer by accident though.

Just goes to show these tests aren't infallible.

I wont say my score but this is what it told me:

"This number is based on a scientific formula that compares how many questions you answered correctly on the Classic IQ Test relative to others.

Your Intellectual Type is Inventive Inquisitor. You have the unusual distinction of being equally good at math and verbal skills. This means you are a creative thinker and are uniquely good at teaching others through experiences. You are also a great improviser and very good at handling change"

As with many IQ tests in the past (yeah, well i must be insecure or something) it seems that the test setters aren't as clever as the people who take their tests.

How come I've got 100% of the answers correct before and yet my IQ was only 142, now i get 5% of them wrong and its still 139 ????????

Aaah, but they don't just judge you on your answers !

They look at how long it took you to click.

Did you click confidently or ponderously ?

The time of day.

The ambient temperature & humidity.

Your heartrate [detectable via the mouse]

All these things and more are taken into account !

Congratulations, Amber!
Your IQ score is 133

not bad. the asperger's syndrome always helps me out on these sort of tests. i actually got 99.8 on my gate testing back in elementary, and was accepted into the seminar program...i've always done well on these puzzle/logic tests.

last iq test i took (years ago) was 132, so i think i've moved up a spot! yay.
