Here's a recent clip via "youtube" of Engelbert singing "My Way" this past April.
At the age of 70, it gives a glimpse of one of Elvis' contemporaries, still hitting the big notes as a senior citizen.

At his concert in Glasgow last year, Engelbert ended the show with My Way. I was totally blown away. He added unexpected high notes at various pasrts of the song, changing the familiar phrasing on certain lines ("yes there were times, I'm sure you knew" - when he hit a high note on the "I'm"). Brilliant. Elvis would have approved!

Just watched the clip. Jeez, it's dreadful! Tubby Eng with mutton chop sideburns shouting his way through one of the worst songs ever written. Let's hope he gets better soon.
