This a wierd coincedince, but Madonnas birthday is August 16, & David Bowies birthday is January 8th. I forget what years, but ths sorta wierd! :shock:

I believe Babe Ruth also died on August 16. That is two pretty big American-born icons to die on the same day (different years, of course).

David Bowie was born on January 8, 1947 and Madonna on August 16, 1958, 2 days after the death of Elvis' mother.

Dame Shirley Bassey was born on January 8, 1937 and Bela Lugosi died on August 16, 1956.
